Alliance (CS) been shortlisted in two categories in the prestigious The Rewards 2024 Awards, which look to recognise business excellence in pay and reward across the UK.
We have been shortlisted for the categories of Payroll & HR Provider and Customer Service, meaning we are now down to the final nine in each group. The winners are set to be announced at an exclusive event at Hilton London Bankside on the 10th of September.
The Rewards is now in its 14th year and looks to celebrate business and leadership talent across 24 categories including outstanding leader in HR, employee benefits provider award and best pay on demand strategy, to name just a few.
Since launching in August 2023, we have gone from strength to strength, implementing a bespoke software solution that enables 10-minute delivery times from registration to payment, with full HMRC compliance and achieving a 4.9/5 rating on Trust Pilot, with 97 per cent 5-star reviews. We have experienced rapid growth in its first 12 months, now paying more than 500 contractors per week.
