Gender Pay Gap Report 2023

At Alliance Combined Services, we are committed to promoting gender equality and addressing pay disparities within our workforce. Our aim is to create an inclusive environment where all employees have equal opportunities for career progression and remuneration, regardless of gender.

The gender pay gap report provides valuable insights into how we are performing in terms of pay equity. It reflects our ongoing efforts to close any gaps and highlights areas where we need to focus our attention. We believe that transparency in our reporting will help us to build trust with our employees and stakeholders, and drive positive change within our organisation.

What the report covers:

The mean gender pay gap: This is the difference in the average hourly pay for women compared to men.

The median gender pay gap: This represents the middle point of pay when all employees are lined up from highest to lowest, showing the difference between the middle earnings of men and women.

Bonus pay gap: This measures the difference in bonus payments received by men and women.

Proportion of males and females in each pay quartile: This shows the distribution of men and women across different pay levels within the organisation.

We are dedicated to taking actionable steps to address the gender pay gap. This includes implementing initiatives aimed at supporting women in their career development, enhancing our recruitment processes to attract diverse talent, and fostering a workplace culture that values equality and inclusion.

By working collaboratively and being proactive in our approach, we aim to achieve a more balanced and fair workplace for all employees. For further details on our gender pay gap data and the initiatives we are implementing to address these issues, please refer to our full report.

We appreciate your interest in our Gender Pay Gap Report and welcome any feedback or suggestions you may have as we continue to strive for excellence in gender equality.

Gender Pay Gap Report 2024

We are an employer required by law to carry out Gender Pay Reporting under the Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017 for Alliance (CS) Ltd. This involves carrying out calculations that show the difference between the average earnings of men and women in our organisation; it will not involve publishing individual employee’s data. We are required to publish the results on our own website and a government website. Below findings published as of october 2024.
